BACKY® - Sorting trolley
Designed and patented by ALTERVAL, the BACKY sorting trolley can be easily stored and moved. It is manufactured with a reinforced steel tube and protected by a baked enamel, which gives it robustness and durability.
BACKY offers several advantages:
- Stackable: space saving when the BACKY are not used, less than 40cm of obstruction space with an additional BACKY
- Can be used with standard bin lifter with trunnions DIN 30700
- Can be manually emptied thanks to an indentation on one of the panels (40cm, on the bottom)
- Can be transported by forklift, standardised forks
- Tractable (drawbar and hitch hook), 4 reinforced wheels 12Km/H (2 wheels with directional lock)

Conformator
The pallet shaper optimizes the removal of balls from the valpak bag and reinforces operator safety. It makes cleaning the Valpak easy, leaving no waste on the side and back of the machine.
